1. Delivery Schedule and Shipping Methods:

Order Processing: Unless there is an unforeseen problem (such as incorrect shipping information), orders are registered as soon as they are placed and are normally processed the following business day. Even though we work hard to process and dispatch orders as soon as possible, unanticipated events like large order quantities, customs inspections, or severe weather might cause delays. Shipping Schedules: Depending on the destination, delivery can take up to 1-2 weeks. In case of delays, it can take upto 3 weeks. We are working diligently to get it shipped to your address as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Rates and Fees:

Customs Fees: All orders that are being processed and shipped are including customs duties and taxes

Tracking Updates and Package Status: Once shipped, you will be updated through an email and in case of any queries, you can reach out to us through that same mail by including your order number.

3. Modification or cancellation of an order:

Order cancellation: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after the first 24 hours. Before that time frame, please reach out to us through info@gearshive.store for any other changes.

4. Order-related questions.

Missing Items: Please send a photo of the packing slip if there is an item missing from your order. We’ll take care of the problem right away and make plans for the lost item to be shipped again.

Incorrect Items Received: Please provide us with photographic proof if you receive an incorrect item. We’ll investigate the problem and start shipping the right item again.

Incorrect Model: Please send a picture of the item or the packing slip if the wrong model is received. As quickly as feasible, we will make arrangements for the correct item to be shipped.

Unexpected Item: We make every effort to supply goods that are precisely as promised. If a product falls short of one’s expectations but is in line with the description provided, we are unable to offer refunds on personal choices.

Damaged or Defective merchandise: Please submit photographic evidence if you come across any damaged or defective merchandise. At no extra expense, we will set up a second delivery of the replacement parts.

Missing components: Please get in touch with our customer support staff at info@gearshive.store right away if your set arrives missing any pieces. Give pictures of the missing pieces together with your order number. The missing parts will be shipped to you at no cost.
