Do you offer custom models?
We currently do not create custom models.
I cant find the instructions:
Digital instructions can be accessed by scanning the QR code on your package. Just use your smartphone or tablet to scan the code, and you'll be directed to the instructions for your set.
If you're unable to find the QR code or have trouble accessing the instructions, please email us at info@gearshive.store with your order number and the model you're looking for. We're happy to help and provide the necessary instructions.
There are missing defective pieces on my set
We sincerely apologize if you've experienced any issues with missing or defective pieces in your Minibricks set. While this is rare, we are committed to ensuring you have a complete and enjoyable building experience. If you believe there are missing or defective parts, please follow these steps:
- Double-check the entire set to ensure no pieces are overlooked.
- If you confirm that pieces are missing or defective, take screenshots of the instructions and clearly mark the specific pieces that are problematic or needed.
- Send the images, along with your order number, to info@gearshive.store. This will help us accurately identify the issue and speed up the replacement process.
